Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Paramount Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
